Dr. Mark Budolfson is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Population–Level Bioethics (CPLB) and Department of Environmental and Occupational Health. Dr. Budolfson is also a faculty member within the Rutgers Department of Philosophy, and an Associate Member of the Princeton University Climate Futures Initiative.

Dr. Budolfson received his early training in Arizona, and his PhD from Princeton University. He completed postdocs at the Stanford University McCoy Center for Ethics in Society, and at the Princeton University Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and University Center for Human Values. During 2018-2019 he was a Faculty Fellow in Residence at the Harvard University Safra Center for Ethics, and during 2019-2020 a Research Fellow at the Centre for Moral, Social, and Political Theory at the Australian National University.
