Natalia Herman (MPH, Mt. Sinai School of Medicine; MCM, Rutgers University) is the Associate Director for the Center for Health Services Research. She provides leadership and oversight of the operational, administrative, and financial needs of the Center as well as leading the development and implementation of Center-wide strategic planning. Additionally, she has applied research interests in knowledge sharing, networks, leadership, and organizational communication.
