Melissa is a Research Associate for the NJHealth Study at Rutgers Institute for Health. She provides support with recruitment, community engagement, and data collection. She is also particularly drawn to research that addresses chronic disease, aging, and immigrant communities. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Epidemiology from Rutgers School of Public Health. Prior to joining the team at IFH, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Boston University.
