Adam Fathalla is an incoming PhD student in Epidemiology with a specialization in Pharmacoepidemiology at the Rutgers School of Public Health, training under Dr. Daniel B. Horton and Dr. Elizabeth Suarez through the PETS program. He earned his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Rutgers University. He currently works as a Cardiometabolic Research Assistant at the Rutgers School of Public Health, where his work examines the impact of psychosocial and socioeconomic stress on cardiometabolic outcomes in Hispanic and Latino adults. His research interests broadly focus on real-world evidence, pharmacoepidemiology, and health disparities in cardiometabolic disease.
