Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research

I’m a data scientist and neuroepidemiologist passionate about understanding the food supply and its relationship to the chronic disease pandemic and human aging process. I focus on how lifestyle choices influence the pace of aging, brain health, and overall well-being. My work is centered on understanding how some individuals become “Super-Agers,” defying typical age-related diseases such as sarcopenia, dementia, and cancer.

I completed my graduate studies at Iowa State University (graduating in December 2021), where I built a strong foundation in advanced data analysis and quantitative methods. I thrive on collaborative research that merges scientific rigor with innovative technology, ultimately aiming to translate data-driven insights into meaningful health interventions.
