Eileen Aleo is a Business Specialist for the Business Department at the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy, and Aging Research (IFH) at Rutgers University. Among the key duties of this position are the following: oversees grants administration which includes pre and post-award processes such as budget development, creating and maintaining financial documents, routing proposals through the university proposal system (RAPSS) and post-award fiscal management encompassing close-out summaries.

Eileen has worked in the financial field for 40 years. Before joining Rutgers University, she was employed with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, law firms and financial investment companies.

Eileen is married, has three amazing adult children and resides in New Jersey with her rescue cat, Albert. In her free time, she volunteers, travels, spends time at the Jersey Shore, reads and enjoys time with her family.
