Quadir Bruce is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has been with the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research (IFH) since June 2023 and with Rutgers University since 2019. At IFH, he serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. Quadir’s role encompasses managing HR systems and overseeing the full hiring process in collaboration with University Human Resources—from job postings and position research to updates in the HCM system.

Quadir handles faculty and staff onboarding using Rutgers and IFH-specific HR tools, he works closely with Rutgers Global on visa-related matters, and ensure the accurate collection of (ECI) for new hires. Additionally, Quadir maintains key HR functions such as entering absence records and recording hourly payroll into the system. Quadir is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and a diehard Cincinnati Bengals fan!
