After 35 years at Rutgers University, I now serve as Partner and Chief Academic Officer at EduStrategy Group, where I work with institutions committed to serving learners across the full learning lifespan.

My work focuses on helping colleges and universities align academic strategy with workforce and community needs, break down internal barriers, and build sustainable lifelong learning ecosystems that drive impact, access, and relevance.
