Sarah Singer

Sarah Singer is a Research Teaching Specialist working in the lab of Dr. William Hu. She is particularly interested in neuropsychology and is a doctoral student at Rutgers SHP, where she studies insomnia interventions among people who have been labeled with a mental illness. Sarah earned her master’s degree in Neuroscience and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She previously worked in research laboratories focused on seizure susceptibility, muscular dystrophies, cancer therapeutic development, epigenetics, and developmental biology. Outside of the lab, Sarah enjoys theater, playing with her minibernedoodle Gonzo, and playing “doctor ” with her daughter.
