Jacob Yun, M.S., is a Data Analyst at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy. He is experienced in data management and biostatistical modelling across various health data types, such as clinical, epidemiological, and genomic data. Currently, Mr. Yun is focused on utilizing healthcare claims and encounter data to support public health policy research. Ongoing project work includes the Evaluation of the NJFamilyCare Comprehensive Waiver Demonstration, the Implementation of the Integrated Population Health Data (iPHD), and the Role of Homelessness and Supportive Housing in Healthcare Disparities Among Adults in Medicaid. Prior to joining the Center in 2024, he served as a Research Assistant in Dr. Zhengqing Ouyang’s lab and as a Teaching Assistant in UMass Amherst. He earned an M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a B.M. in Accounting from Shenzhen University.
