Eligibility:

  • Accomplished faculty scholars whose research focus area(s) are aligned with IFH’s mission and PI of IFH administrated research projects that may not be funded by an independent and peer-reviewed mechanism; or serve in an academic advisory capacity for IFH
  • OR

  • Existing core faculty member, especially those who are co-investigator on Member in Residence (MIR)’s project and/or those who serve a core function to IFH, who may be considered on a caseby-case basis by the membership committee and IFH director

  • Potentially eligible for course buy-out (based on contribution to IFH)

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to scientific/educational/diversity/mentoring activities at IFH
  • Give one lecture to IFH every 2 years
  • Serve as a potential advisor to IFH internship program
  • Serve on faculty search committee(s)
  • Serve as potential peer reviewers (if fitting) to IFH grants
  • Cite IFH on manuscripts supports by grants administered through IFH
