COVID-19 and Mental Health Lecture Series

This 5-week series for older adults will cover topics related to maintaining good mental health while adhering to CDC guidelines and social distancing. Tools and techniques will be discussed with handouts provided to all attendees.

This series is sponsored by Rutgers Institute for Health and Rutgers Graduate School for Applied Psychology along with Trenton Health Team, New Brunswick Tomorrow, Center for Asian Health, and RWJ Community Health Promotions Program. Lectures will be recorded for those unable to attend live.
