Anushka Purkayastha is a Research Assistant at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy. She is experienced in health operations in corporate settings, evaluating policy initiatives, and conducting data-driven research to support evidence-based decision-making. Her work focuses on advancing integrated behavioral health and strengthening the healthcare workforce through implementation science practices. Anushka has a strong interest in the intersection of health policy, technology, and innovation, particularly in areas that improve healthcare delivery and access. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University- New Brunswick with minors in Health Administration and Medical Ethics & Health Policy.
