Bonnie Jerome-D’Emilia has a PhD in Health Services Organization and Research from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Health Administration, an MPH in Health Administration from Columbia University School of Public Health, a nursing degree from State University of New York at Downstate College of Nursing, and a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Brooklyn College. She taught for ten years at the University of Virginia, followed by a one year fellowship in Policy and Philanthropy at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She is currently on faculty at Rutgers University School of Nursing-Camden, teaching courses in Leadership and Public Health in the RN to BS program. Her research interests are breast cancer early detection and treatment and the diffusion of innovation in health care.
