Assistant Professor
Department of Social Work
The Chinese University of Hong Kong
I am currently an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I received dual master’s degrees in social work and bioethics, and a PhD degree in social welfare from the University of Pennsylvania. Afterwards, I completed my postdoctoral training at Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. I employ both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to examine the intersections of sociocultural characteristics, cognitive aging, and family caregiving among Chinese older adults in a global context. My research studies investigate aging-related issues internationally, including the United States, mainland China, and Hong Kong.
