Quadir Bruce joins IFH from Rutgers UHR-Employment Services. As the HR Associate he will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the effort recording process, administrative and operations relating to HR system management through onboarding, payroll and effort certification. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and a SHRM certified professional, in his spare time Quadir enjoys the gym and rooting for the Cincinnati Bengals!
